We participated at the Alfa International Webinar in which we presented the Civil Trust as a solution in Latin America. Pablo Melhem and Juan Pablo Triana compared the civil trust between Argentina and Colombia and explained the definition, scope, characteristics, among other items of this legal figure that was used by Triana, Uribe & Michelsen in a transaction as a collateral for a loan agreement saving time and money to the client and being a success story in our firm.
