The session brought together business leaders and professionals to explore key opportunities for expansion and investment between Colombia and Spain. Discussions focused on the legal, tax, labor, and corporate aspects essential for a successful market entry in both jurisdictions. The forum gathered entrepreneurs, investors, and legal experts to discuss the opportunities and challenges of doing business across both countries. The panels addressed relevant topics such as corporate structuring and incorporation, foreign investment regulations, labor compliance frameworks, and double taxation treaties applicable to cross-border operations.
