In a radical way, the Colombian Trademark Office recently issued a decision regarding the trademark application XINETIX PHARMA + DESIGN in International Class 5 on behalf of XINETIC PHARMA S.A.S., denying it based on the confusion similarity that said application could cause in the market with the trademark XENETIX owned by our client GUERBET.
