On this occasion, the company DELTA AIR LINES, INC. filed an action to revoke the decision that granted the registration of the trademark D DELTA HOTELS MARRIOTT (+Graphic) requested by our client MARRIOTT WORLDWIDE CORPORATION.
The arguments presented by DELTA AIR LINES, INC. were rapidly refuted and disregarded by our client and the trademarks director due to the fact that DELTA AIR LINES, INC filed the action to revoke without being legitimized to do so insofar as they did not oppose against the registration of our clients´ trademark within the legal term, for which they did not manage to accredit legitimate interest to file the action to revoke nor interest to oppose in a timely manner.
Consequently, the trademarks director confirmed the decision which granted the registration of our clients´ trademark D DELTA HOTELS MARRIOTT (+Graphic).
